What is adult baby roleplay?
Adult baby roleplay is a fantasy between adults in which one person takes on a younger role and another may take on a caring or guiding role. Its appeal varies: some enjoy the attention and sense of being cared for, while others are drawn to the change in roles or the clothing associated with it.
Nappies may be part of adult baby roleplay, but they are not essential. The roles, boundaries and details should be agreed beforehand by everyone involved.
